Resource Window
Resources are Skilled Humans (having specific disciplines, either individually or in teams), Equipment, Services, Supplies, Commodities, Materials, Locations, Budgets or funds utilised by a project to achieve its goals.
Resources can be used by assigning them to Tasks, with an assigned Resource being used for the entire Task duration.
Each Resource assigned to a Task can have its utilisation percentage set to reflect partial or full use during the duration of the Task.
Resources are owned by Companies, and are divided into 4 main types for ease of selection and assignment:
Each type of Resource can be sub-divided into groups allowing teams or trades to be created for improved navigation and management.
Each Resource has a number of characteristics, or properties, that are set by default and can be configured.
